Thank you for choosing Yard Card Nut for your yard greeting rental in Fenton.
By renting a yard greeting from us, you agree to the following policies:
Payment: Payment is required at the time of order to reserve your date and yard greeting design. NO EXCEPTIONS. If your order is not paid for, we will not be able to install the sign.
Replacement Responsibility: In the event of stolen or damaged signs, you (the renter) will be responsible for replacement. Please help us safeguard any displays placed on your property.
Safety: For the safety of children and others, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the yard greetings display. The display will not support the weight of a child or anyone leaning or sitting on it.
Protection from Damage: Please protect our yard greetings from any damage from flying debris from lawnmowers, dogs, trimmers, etc. Grass clippings will stain the yard greetings, so please consider cutting the lawn prior to us placing your yard greeting. The renter will be charged the following fees for damage. Grass Clipping Cleaning Fee $50 | Grass Stains $20 per an item | Damaged Items will be a minimum charge of $50 + $20 for each damaged piece.
Handling: We want you to take pride in your yard greeting, take pictures with it, but please do not move or pull the yard greetings from the ground.
Liability: Yard Card Nut is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any yard greeting rental.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
At Yard Card Nut, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we strive to work with every customer to accommodate their needs. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Prior to 48 Hours: If you need to cancel your reservation prior to 24 hours before the rental, you have two options: Receive half of your paid rate as a refund. OR keep the full amount paid as a credit for a future reservation.
Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel on the day of the reservation, you will not receive a refund or credit.
You will NOT receive a refund if:
Inclement Weather Policy: We will make every effort to set up your yard greeting, but in the event of inclement weather (lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, snow or ice, etc.), we may not be able to do so. If this occurs You will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule your yard greeting.
