Our celebration signs and custom yard signs WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning or sitting. For the safety of everyone, particularly children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the birthday sign display. Our celebration signs and custom yard signs WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning or sitting. Yard Card Nut (YCN) is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may occur to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any yard card rentals. Please DO NOT MOVE or ADJUST your Yard Card. Contact us if there is an issue or if you need to have them removed earlier. Additionally, please DO NOT MOW or use a trimmer around our graduation sign or any other yard card. Signs can be damaged by flying debris from lawnmowers, animals, trimmers, etc. If you plan on having your lawn serviced, please ensure it is completed before your yard card is delivered, as lawn clippings can stain our signs. Damage fees apply: Grass clipping cleaning is $50, and the damage fee is a minimum of $20 per sign. In the event of stolen or missing signs, you will be responsible for replacing each sign at a minimum cost of $50.
We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility for your birthday sign or celebration signs. If there is a specific spot you would like your custom yard signs displayed, please let us know prior to installation. Please note that we are unable to stake in gravel, concrete, flower beds, mulch, etc. If backyard
We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility for your birthday sign or celebration signs. If there is a specific spot you would like your custom yard signs displayed, please let us know prior to installation. Please note that we are unable to stake in gravel, concrete, flower beds, mulch, etc. If backyard setup is needed or if the delivery car cannot pull up to the location, there may be additional costs. We will place a small business sign in your yard with our contact information, positioned off to the side of the display. Please do not move, remove, or hide it. Additionally, we will take photographs of the display, which may include a picture of the property in the background, for marketing and social media purposes. Our weather policy states that we will attempt to set up your yard card rentals rain or shine; however, there may be times we need to reschedule due to inclement weather. This includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that could jeopardize our safety or the integrity of your graduation sign. We will first attempt to adjust our installation time when it's safe to do so. If that’s not possible, you can choose a new date or receive credit for a future sign.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of your order to reserve your date and yard card for your celebration signs. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation: If you must cancel your booking for the birthday sign or custom yard signs prior to 48 hours before set-up, you can choose to receive the full amount as credit for a future booking date to be u
Payment: Payment is required at the time of your order to reserve your date and yard card for your celebration signs. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation: If you must cancel your booking for the birthday sign or custom yard signs prior to 48 hours before set-up, you can choose to receive the full amount as credit for a future booking date to be used within 6 months, based on our availability. If you do not rebook within 6 months, the fee will be forfeited. Refund Policy: No refunds will be given if the client provides us with the wrong address. A minimum re-delivery fee of $50.00 will apply if we must return to remove, move and re-set up a greeting for your graduation sign at the correct address. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if the homeowner, HOA, management, or similar boards request us to remove the lawn display. No refunds will be given for being denied access to a gated community; a $50.00 re-delivery fee will be charged if we must return once access is granted. Furthermore, no refunds will be issued due to the presence of any animals that prevent the setup of the yard card rentals. Lastly, no refunds will be given for any circumstances that are beyond our control that prevent us from setting up the display.
